Vedam Capital is a Texas-based privately held real estate investment firm that provides investment opportunities for accredited and sophisticated investors in the commercial real estate market, predominantly in the Multifamily asset class.
We are a data driven organization with a single minded focus on providing proven strategies for building generational wealth to our investors. We achieve this by providing our investors with opportunities to invest in high-quality stabilized multifamily assets that deliver favorable risk-adjusted returns.
Our Team
Aditya Yenumulapalli is the Founder and Managing Principal of Vedam Capital. He began his real estate investing in 2012 in Single Family Rentals in the Dallas FortWorth Metroplex. He grew his portfolio to 11 homes. He has started investing in Multi Family Syndications in 2015.
Aditya is invested in 13 syndications totaling 3400+ units as KP/LP. His main goal as an investor and sponsor is preservation of capital, while maximizing returns, and leveraging the tax benefits of asset depreciation. His investment criteria is 8-10% average annual cash-on-cash returns and 70-100% total returns for a 4-6 year investment hold.
Aditya brings 20+ years of management experience delivering large scale multi million dollar IT and business operations optimization projects for multiple fortune 500 multinational companies. Aditya has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Andhra University of India.
Sri Avasarala is the Co-Founder of Vedam Capital. She has started her investments in 2010 in the hard-money lending area catering to the single family homes. Like many investors she has started investing in real estate building single family rental portfolio and transitioned into multifamily apartment syndications. Sri is invested in 15 syndications across the four major metros in Texas.
Sri brings a data-driven methodical approach to investing and syndications based on her decades long experience designing and executing clinical trials studies for major pharmaceutical companies. She has designed and led IT programs that define and drive the clinical trials for oncology and other critical drug research utilizing her analytical, programming and modelling skills. Sri has been involved full time in real estate and leverages her leadership, people management and business partnership skills to ensure our simple and proven wealth building strategies are available to our investors.
Sri has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in India.
